Lucy was two (2) years old when she arrived in mid-January 2009 at the Hope Centre. Her young mother was beaten to death by her boyfriend. She is an attentive, healthy, adorable little girl. She’s in 2nd grade. Her desire is to serve in law enforcement, notably (a police) when she graduates from school. She’s in immediate need of clothes, school uniform, writing books, texts books and school bag.
